Community Learning Disability Team
We support people with learning disabilities that are:
- over 18
- young people in transition from the Cardiff Child Health and Disability Team.
People with a diagnosed learning disability have:
- many difficulties with social and everyday life skills,
- an IQ under 70, and
- difficulties that started when they were a child.
Our team has:
- social workers,
- social work assistants,
- support planners, and
- support workers.
