Complex Needs Day Service

The Complex Needs Day Service is for people with learning disabilities and very complex needs, who need a lot of support with their health or behaviour.

Our supported accommodation is delivered by non-profit providers

Referrals are accepted from the Learning Disability Team.

You must already be part of our service to use The Complex Needs Day Service.

Help to build a person-centered support plan.

A regular review of your support plan.

Volunteering in the community.

Going to community education classes.
