Complaints and compliments
Find out how you can make a complaint or compliment about your service.

Please tell us if you are pleased with your service.
It is very helpful to know what is working well.
You can send compliments to your case manager or email ascomplimentscomplaints@cardiff.gov.uk.

We want to hear from you if you are not happy with your service
Telling us when something isn’t working helps us improve.
Let your case manager know if you are unhappy as they can try and put things right.

If this does not work, you can contact our Complaints Team
Your case manager can also tell the Complaints Team you are unhappy.
To contact our Complaints Team, you can:

- call us on 029 2087 2087,
- email us at ascomplimentscomplaints@cardiff.gov.uk,
