Complex Needs Day Service
The Complex Needs Day Service is for people with learning disabilities and very complex needs, who need a lot of support with their health or behaviour.


Referrals are accepted from the Learning Disability Team.
You must already be part of our service to use The Complex Needs Day Service.

A link worker that can help you plan your day service.

Help to build a person-centered support plan.

Support to take part in daytime opportunities with staff that know you.

A regular review of your support plan.

Volunteering in the community.

Going to community education classes.

Learning new skills like handling money and using public transport.

Building social skills and making friends.
Taking part in healthy activities like swimming, cycling and gardening.
