We will need to work out if we are the right service for you.
A member of our team will ask about your needs and aims.
We will ask questions like:
- How do you like to communicate?
- Why have you phoned?
- What is happening in your life?
- What are you good at?
- What do you need help with?
If you are calling for someone else, we will ask you if they have agreed to this, or if its in their best interest.
We may ask you to meet us to gather more information.
If the Learning Disability Service is not the right service for you, we will tell you where you can get help.
If we are the right service for you, we will complete a wellbeing assessment with you and talk with you about what support you may need.
